The study in this research aims to achieve the following: １ - Explanation of the extent to which technological and creative development affected the backgrounds in animated films in Eastern European countries. ２ - The aesthetic effect and its role in the backgrounds of animation films. ３ - The role and development of modern technologies and their relationship to backgrounds in animated films in Eastern European countries. ４ - The effect of drama on the backgrounds of animation films in Eastern European countries.
