The cartoon character is an integral part of the graphic art as a whole because it expresses the culture of society and conveys all the standards and rhythm of the life of this society because of its formative dimension that affects the recipient. Animation contributes to the formation of stories embodied by characters, whether they are humans, animals, or plants. Technology is one of the factors that helped in the development of animation advertisements, as it succeeded in integrating societal identity and modernity in the field of animation, which in turn was reflected in the design.
