Preparation of the Arabic language teacher in the light of the competencies of e-learning (A theoretical view)

Abstract

E-learning has become an imposed fact and not a scientific 
theory and instruction as a result of the technological and 
electronic changes that the era is witnessing, which required its 
employment in educational systems and in many educational 
institutions that call for the creation of e-learning requirements, 
which issues the degree of school possession of his competencies 
among the most important to ensure success in this type of 
education in a manner that qualifies them to play their roles 
positively in accordance with it.
 From this point of view, the educational approach based on 
educational competencies came as one of the most important 
trends followed in preparing teachers according to the 
educational and psychological foundations that help raise the 
level of their professional performance, develop their 
competencies and skills and employ them to help students 
achieve their goals.
Therefore, the current research sheds light on providing a 
theoretical vision for the preparation of the Arabic language 
teacher in the light of the competencies of e-learning.
The researcher reached several conclusions, including:
1. The focus on employing e-learning competencies in preparing 
Arabic language teachers contributes to the success of this type 
of education.
2. The preparation of Arabic language teachers in the light of 
recent trends contributes to raising the level of their performance 
and achieving the desired.
